Se dice que los Codex Futura eran aquellos Códices Mitológicos que podían predecir el futuro, supuestamente forjados en Stonehenge, y que Julio Cesar capturó al vencer a los últimos ejércitos celtas galos en la batalla de Alesia del año 52 AC.

Los Códices fueron tomados por el rey godo Alarico I durante su saqueo de Roma en el 410 DC, permaneciendo en manos visigodas durante siglos que los llevan a la peninsula Ibérica tras su conquista de la Hispania romana, donde se pierde el rastro de los Códices para siempre.

It is said that the Codex Futura were some Mythological Codices which could predict the future, supposedly forged at Stonehenge.
Julius Caesar captured them when he defeated the last gallic armies at the battle of Alesia in 52 BC.

The codices were taken by the gothic king Alaric I during his sack of Rome in 410 AD, remaining for centuries in visigothic hands, who led them to the roman Hispania where their trail is lost forever.
